Alarm.com ADC-T25 Offers Homeowners a Price Friendly Smart Thermostat
FAIRFAX, Va.—Alarm.com, has announced the release of its latest Smart Thermostat—the ADC-T25.
Building on Alarm.com’s suite of thermostats, the company says the ADC-T25 is compatible with most common HVAC systems, offering dealers an easy installation, a streamlined design, and advanced sensing capabilities at an affordable price point.
“Our goal is to provide an advanced smart thermostat that’s accessible to more homeowners than ever before,” says Dan Kerzner, president, platforms business at Alarm.com. “The ADC-T25 combines the advanced features and reliability of our premium thermostats with affordability and streamlined installation, making it available to a broader market. It’s a powerful, entry-level thermostat that balances simplicity with smart technology.”
Alarm.com ADC-T25 Integrates into a Variety of Home Environments
Designed by Building36, the ADC-T25 has flexible wiring options that allow it to operate on battery power if no C-wire is present. The company says these options eliminate the need to run wires or use a retrofit kit, and the new smart home thermostat also includes auto-configuration with wire detection. The company points out the ADC-T25 thermostat provides full integration with the Alarm.com platform to enable remote control of the thermostat and customizable automation options. Underscoring those capabilities, the company emphasizes that enrolled customers can receive monthly reports featuring personalized efficiency tips, key metrics like overall run time, and updates on any system issues.
The ADC-T25 thermostat also supports participation in demand response programs, giving customers incentives if they allow temporary adjustments to their thermostat settings during periods of peak demand.
In addition, the ADC-T25 thermostat enables Pro HVAC Monitoring, connecting customers with local service providers when the system detects anomalies. Both customers and their preferred HVAC professionals are notified instantly, and service appointments can be requested directly from the mobile app. Service providers also benefit from these programs by receiving recurring revenue for every customer enrolled.
