RapidFire Names Grudzien Vice President of Business Development

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – RapidFire Safety & Security announces Mark Grudzien has joined the as vice president of business development of the fire, life safety and security industry-focused buy-and-build platform.

Grudzien will lead and scale the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) program, “underscoring RapidFire’s commitment to aggressive expansion in the fire, life safety, and security industry,” according to the company announcement.

He brings more than a decade of M&A advisory and strategic growth planning experience within the fire, life safety and security sectors. He has supported more than 25 acquisitions, totaling more than $250 million in deployed capital.

“Mark’s exceptional knowledge and proven expertise in M&A are precisely what we need to accelerate our acquisition growth,” says Mike McLeod, CEO and founder of RapidFire Safety & Security, in the company announcement.
