Camden Door Controls, Intego Warranty Team with Lanier Rep Group

Mississauga, Ont.-based Camden Door Controls has welcomed Lanier Rep Group (LRG) as its newest manufacturer’s rep firm.

The companies say the move will “broaden Camden’s presence in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, and North and South Dakota.”

“We are very proud to add Camden Door Controls to our line card of vendors,” says LRG CEO John Swinford in the announcement. “They’re an industry-leading manufacturer of door activation and locking devices and bring a wealth of innovative offerings to market.”

Teaming up with Lanier Rep Group is another example of Camden Door Controls choosing to “partner with knowledgeable sales representatives that complement our dedicated internal sales staff and are proud to welcome them to the Camden family of rep firms,” says Camden co-founder and chief executive officer Dave Malen in the joint announcement.

LRG has also teamed up with Palatka, Fla.-based Intego Warranty, Inc., dba Alarm Protect, as its newest and exclusive manufacturer’s rep firm, offering the Alarm Protect security equipment protection plans, broadening Intego’s footprint across the U.S. and through its nationwide rep alliances.

“Intego Warranty is excited to partner with Lanier Rep Group to endorse and solicit our security equipment protection plan program”, says David Anthony, president and co-founder of Intego Warranty, Inc. “We feel LRG will be a key partner with their expertise in the security industry and their professional sales teams in-house and in the field.”

“As a former alarm dealer myself, we see huge value in the ability to extend product protection for end users and for installers to build additional revenue from,” says LRG CFO Kenny Hilton in the joint announcement. “With plan options of weekly/monthly/yearly and from $500-$20,000 coverage for all billable components plus easy enrollment, this fits all applications.”
