With the acquisition of Secuni, a well-established integrator with an experienced managed services team, Minuteman expands its coverage of the U.S. East Coast and its ability to service enterprise clients globally. Allied Universal Appoints Loretta Cecil as its New Global General Counsel

IRVINE, Calif. – Allied Universal recently announced that Loretta Cecil has joined the organization as global general counsel. In this role, Cecil will serve as the company’s chief legal officer, providing “strategic legal guidance and overseeing the company’s global legal function,” the announcement says.  She will report directly to Steve Jones, global chairman and CEO at Allied Universal, according to the company announcement.
