The Monitoring Association Appoints Whitney A. Doll New CEO

McLEAN, Va.The Monitoring Association (TMA) board of directors today announces the appointment of Whitney A. Doll as the organization’s new CEO, calling her “a dynamic association executive with over 18 years of experience” in the association announcement.

Doll, who will assume TMA executive management responsibilities on Oct. 1, “has dedicated her career to helping mission-driven organizations expand their reach, optimize operations and deliver unparalleled value to members, customers and stakeholders,” the announcement says.

“We are thrilled to welcome Whitney to TMA,” says president Steve Butkovich in the association announcement. “Over the course of her career, she has consistently demonstrated a distinct commitment to innovation and customer success.

“The depth and breadth of her leadership skills set her apart among the candidates we met,” he says. “With her combination of knowledge, talents, and experience, she is uniquely qualified to strengthen our value proposition and to accelerate membership growth and engagement.”

What Does Whitney Doll Think About Being TMA CEO?

“I am honored to join TMA as its CEO and I look forward to working with TMA’s board, members and stakeholders to advance professional monitoring through education, advocacy, and standards,” says Doll in the association announcement. “Together we will create a safer world and ensure a bright future for the association and the professional monitoring industry.”

Doll has served successive executive positions at the International Code Council (ICC), a global source of model codes and standards and building safety solutions, for the past eight years, most recently serving as the executive vice president of customer engagement.

Before ICC, Doll held multiple positions on the communications team at CNA, a nonprofit research and analysis organization dedicated to the safety and security of the nation.
