Pye-Barker Fire & Safety Acquires Phoenix Fire Protection

ATLANTA — Full-service fire protection, life safety and service service provider Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Las Vegas-based Phoenix Fire Protection to expand its sprinkler services in the southwestern U.S., according to the joint announcement.

This transaction “strengthens Pye-Barker’s ability to serve customers in the area with integrated life safety services that protect lives and livelihoods,” the announcement says.

Phoenix Fire Protection has served as a local provider of fire sprinkler services for Clark and Nye counties since its incorporation in 2009. The company provides sprinkler solutions, testing and maintenance for systems including fire pumps, dry and pre-action systems, anti-freeze systems, standpipes, deluge systems and various wet system configurations.

The company utilizes advanced CAD technology with 3D collaborative software and building infrastructure modeling (BIM) drawing packages. Phoenix Fire Protection’s expertise in local and national fire protection codes, combined with computer software capabilities, has “established the company as a trusted provider for fire protection system installation and inspection,” according to the joint announcement.
