Beazley Security Announces Multiple ISO Certifications

WEST HARTFORD, Conn.—Beazley Security, an integrated cyber risk management firm wholly owned by Beazley Insurance, has announced that in line with its growth and geographic expansion, the company pursued and attained three cybersecurity certifications this year: ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 Type 2.

The Beazley Insurance company says these certifications were pursued simultaneously, achieved in under a year, and certify the entire Beazley Security organization and its services delivered globally.

“Securing ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 Type 2 within this first year of operations is a testament to our team’s expertise and dedication,” says Alton Kizziah, CEO, Beazley Security. “These certifications strengthen trust with our growing global client base and differentiates us as a provider of robust cyber risk services.”

Beazley Security Expansion Efforts Take the Company to a Global Level

Since launching in July 2024, Beazley Security has pursued a strategy of rapid expansion, adding staff and operations throughout the U.S., Canada, the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, and Singapore to support growth that it says has exceeded expectations. The company has also expanded its offerings portfolio, moving from incident response and restoration services to include advanced managed detection and response services within the VERACIS portal, along with advisory, offensive security, Microsoft and cloud security professional services. Beazley Security teams are also responsible for providing policy support and incident management services for Beazley cyber policyholders worldwide.

“Considering that two years ago this business—formerly known as Lodestone—was roughly 35 people providing limited services for clients in the U.S. and U.K., the growth and increased maturity we have today really showcases the commitment of our people,” comments Kizziah. “Today we have 170 people delivering Full Spectrum Cyber capabilities to clients around the world. The company adds that achieving these certifications solidifies its operational integrity on a global basis and provides clients with tangible proof of its secure and privacy-centric service delivery.
