CPI Security Names Ben Brookhart as Chief Growth Officer

CHARLOTTE – Security and smart home solutions provider CPI Security has announced Ben Brookhart as its new chief growth officer.

Bringing more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Brookhart will lead CPI’s new construction division, according to the company announcement.

“We’re excited to see how Brookhart can take CPI to new heights,” CEO and Founder of CPI Security Ken Gill said. “His background in smart home security and business makes him a perfect fit to lead our team.”

CPI’s new construction division “equips new homes with home security, automation, whole home audio, structured wiring and central vacuum systems,” according to the company announcement. CPI works with more than 60% of home builders in the market across its footprint.

“I’m looking forward to joining an already successful and recognizable brand that CPI has built,” says Brookhart in the company announcement. “I also think I bring a unique set of skills and experience that will continue the growth and success of CPI Security for years to come.”

Brookhart previously served as chief revenue officer for Skyline Smart Home, chief sales officer at Pink Energy and chief executive officer at Power Home Technologies.
